I haven't really been shopping lately. I'm on a self-imposed shopping ban until my wedding, so I'm fashion and beauty-starved. This weekend though, I couldn't resist anymore when the boy and I went to Serendra, Market Market, and High Street, and I caved. I pretty much just got stuff I needed, but it was a thrill all the same.
I found this Ice Breakers Sours Lip Balm at the Daiso in Market Market. I'm a lip balm fiend - I keep buying them even if I never finish them, and I don't know why I keep doing it. I love Ice Breakers too, so I had to try this. It's yummy! I wish we had Ice Breakers Sours candy in this country, but I guess I'll just have to settle for the Ice Breakers Strawberry Duos for now.
Whenever I go to Serendra I just have to drop by Pure Beauty. It's one of my favorite beauty stores, because it has some things you can't find in other places. I got this NYX Jumbo Eye Pencil in Purple. It looks really blue, but it's supposed to be iridescent violet. I'll just have to see how it is when I wear it. I've been a sucker for eye makeup recently, and since my Maybelline one is almost out, I decided to try this out.
I found out about this Etude House Silk Scarf Moist Hair Mist from my friend Cielo. She tweeted about it, and I freaked out because I've actually been thinking about finding some sort of hair mist lately. I hang out with smoker friends, and the smoke from their cigs really gets into my hair and I hate it. My hair is also super thick, so the scent of shampoo - whatever brand it is - doesn't stay on my hair for long. This hair mist is wonderful! I tried it today and aside from making my hair smell good, it also made it smoother and shinier. I'm so glad I got it.
This loot is enough to hold me over for a while. I get beauty cravings all the time, and it's tough keeping it at bay. It's almost an addiction, heh.
